Raman was seized on 11 November at the “Square of Changes” by unknown masked people. Later he was taken to the intensive care unit from the police department with severe beatings. Doctors performed a complex operation, but less than a day after the incident, Roman died without regaining consciousness. He was 31 years old.

Volha Kucharenka, Raman’s cousin: “I am recording this video so that as many people as possible hear about what is happening in this country, that people are completely defenseless.”
